NOTES:
All the rates are in euro, per room, per night and include all taxes.
Cot: free of charge.
Children under to 4 years old free of charge.

Check in time: 13.30
Check out time: 12 noon

Clients occupying the room till 18:00 are charged an extra 50% on room rate.

After 18:00 the full room rate shall apply.

TERMS:

Reservation:
In order to make your reservation it is necessary that 30% of the total amount be prepaid via:
Credit card(VISA-MASTER)-By making a deposit to the National Bank of Greece.

Cancellation Reservation Policy:
If a cancellation of the reservation occurs:
22 or more days before the arrival date of the quest the prepayment is refunded (possible expenses are paid by the guest).
21 or fewer days before the arrival date of the guest the prepayment is not refunded.

- Smoking is not allowed.
- Pets are not allowed.
- This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
- Guests must be quiet between 00:00 and 08:00.
- In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.
- Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces.
